We may collect your name, email, phone number, native language, learning goal, profession, account details, practice text, voice transcripts, exam attempts, billing status, support messages, and basic usage data needed to run ShardaVani.
We use information to provide tutoring, save progress, improve product quality, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, understand early demand, and keep the service safe from abuse.
Voice recordings may be sent to speech-to-text providers and transcripts may be sent to AI providers for correction and feedback. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, legal, or identity information unless it is necessary for your practice task.
Payments may be processed by Razorpay. Authentication and data storage use Firebase. AI and speech features may use OpenAI and Sarvam AI. These providers process data according to their own terms and policies.
You can contact us to request account help, data correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
