Subscription billing
Paid subscriptions, when enabled, are expected to renew monthly through Razorpay unless cancelled. Plan access and billing status are updated after payment confirmation or webhook processing.
Refund requests
Refunds may be reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, accidental charges, technical failures, or other genuine issues reported promptly through support.
Non-refundable cases
We may not provide refunds for normal usage, dissatisfaction after substantial use, failure to achieve a desired exam score, or issues caused by incorrect user information.
Cancellation
Cancellation handling may be manual during MVP. Users can request cancellation from billing, and an admin may process the request in Razorpay before marking it resolved.
